Brad Burns dedicated a large portion of his career to serve with on several boards/committees with the American Concrete Institute (ACI) and Concrete Sawing and Drilling Association. He was one of the original founders of the Concrete Polishing Council within the American Society of Concrete Contractors (ASCC). He is an accomplished author, speaker, and instructor on an International level regarding concrete construction for finished floors.
Today, Brad focuses his efforts on serving East Texas residents. NFRC prides itself on quality construction in lieu of quantity – we want to ensure each customer gets our complete focus and a high level of service.
We utilize laser guides for all of our leveling equipment (excavator, bulldozer, and skid steer grade) to offer quicker and better results for creating a solid foundation.
